Lack of shelter for a large number of residents

I’m talking about the large number of private homes located on the left side of the MZhK (Voloshkova Street), stretching from Nemyriv Highway all the way to Maly Khutory along Hetman Mazepa Street

Almost no one has cellars suitable for use as shelters

So the question is: where to hide???
